Being an alumnus of the prestigious Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Rajesh is a dynamic engineering professional with over two and a half decades of rich experience in leading organizations. He is the CMD of the Convenient group. He has been proactively helping new developers in setting up their real estate verticals, putting systems in place in accordance with the best industry practices and standards. Assisted by his co-founder Mrs. Sapna Nair and equally experienced and well-qualified leaders Mr. Sanjay Sangamnerkar & Ms. Vandana, who joined as Partners to strengthen the organization, he has led massive projects from concept to handing over across a wide spectrum of sectors like Residential developments, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail, Commercial, IT Parks and more. Using modern techniques, critical analysis and his excellent skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting and Procurement, he has guided CCCPL to achieve all targets under stringent time schedules with effective cost controls.
